Through regular, honest updates on progress, decisions and anything that needs your input. The programme & updates are through a personalised portal for ease.
Every stage is checked before the next begins, which is how most issues are caught early. When something does come up, we tell you, fix it and improve our systems so it doesn't happen again.
Our structured post-completion process extends to 36 months after practical completion, including annual inspections of our completed homes. We build for a lifetime, not just for handover.
